D.I.Y Felt Ice Cream Plushie (Key Strap/Charm)

I'm sorry if the image is upside down.
The size I used for this is (on the computer, it says:) 20.3 x 25.4
Here is the link to the YT video:

Again just save the image and print!

This is the finished project.

This is the Ice Cream Plushie I'm (still) working on. It's a lot of work.  But it's almost done. I decided to turn it into a key strap or bag charm (strap).
When it's finished, I'll still have to edit the video (of the tutorial) and then upload it to YT, before I post the photo of the template.
If you're waiting ;) (And, if I even  have an audience). Haha.
But, yeah, I'll post it.

Dancing Frog Patch

Just finished this patch now.

Some parts of (the) making of this were pretty difficult. Like cutting the small pieces (the arms and the left leg), and sewing them in place because it was almost too hard to see where to sew. There are parts I would re-do, but I think this turned out okay. I really like it, even though it's not exactly how I wanted it to look. I wasn't gonna use "fell stitches", but because the arms are so small, going around the edges with backstitches would have been impossible.
It's not perfect to me, but I think it's not that bad for my first applique patch. What do you think? ;)

(Today, Feb. 14, 2016, 12:34 PM)
I'm almost done with the second one.
I like this one better. It's a lot neater.

(2:28 PM)

I've just added the 'notes'.

So, this time, I attached all the pieces together and the whole "frog" onto the white felt using fell stitches and then I just  sewed backstitches along the outer edge of the whole piece. It was a lot easier.
This took less time than before and, just like I said, it's a lot neater.

Ice Cream Plushie (UPCOMING TUTORIAL!)

Hi, everyone!
There is another project that I want to share.

So I have this 'ice cream' drawing I'm thinking about making into another plushie (again), because I failed at my first attempt. It was a mess and I don't like the finished project, so, I'm starting all over again.
I'm thinking about starting doing the project tomorrow.

I just finished editing and printing it.

Kiss (Chu) Patch

This is another patch that I made. This patch was (again) embroidered by hand on felt, with felt backing.
I'm thinking about attaching an iron-on adhesive to this. But it can also be sewn in place.

(I have no idea why the resolution of the photos is low.)

This patch is approximately 4 cm. in diameter.

I have two more patches that I want to share!

a "red wine" patch

and a "sunny-side up egg" patch that says "Good morning, sunshine!"
I'm not sure if you can see it.

Coffee Is My Lova

Another hand-embroidered patch!
I can't stop working. I swear this is the last post for today.
Sooo tired... but HAPPY! :D

So this one, again, was hand-embroidered. This time it's sewn on cream colored felt (with felt backing). I just finished it now.
I used backstitches to outline, and fill some parts in. I love it!

This one is a lot smaller than the other ones I've done (about 4 cm. in diameter).

More Animal Patches!

Here are the others that I finished (finally- after procrastinating) yesterday. These were the first ones I was doing while I was still trying to figure out the style/look I wanted.
The "cat" in the first photo was drawn free-hand on the fabric.  I'm not really happy about the finished look (all 3 of them). The fabric marker is still visible. For some reason, I couldn't remove the marks. And the faces just do not look right.
And here is another version of the cat holding a daisy. It's just done using backstitches. I just wanted to try this look.

Cute Animal Patches

New Hand-Embroidered Projects

I just finished these yesterday (after taking a short break).

(a tree frog)
(a cute white cat holding a daisy)
(and, ''hearts'')
I know in the title it says, ''animals''. Oh, well. :D

Hand-Embroidered Rabbit Patch

One of my few, original animal character drawings that I've made into patches.

Isn't he cute?
He doesn't have a name yet. He's one of the animal characters that I created/designed and currently working on the patches with them on.

This patch took me a long time to finish!

I'm happy about how it turned out.

My very first (handmade) felt plushie. (FREE TEMPLATE BELOW)

I've just been inspired by a lot of the videos (the makers and their cute creations!) that I've been seeing. I have been watching a lot of crafting (needle felting, felt plushies, etc.) videos on Youtube non-stop. And also loving the pictures of anything felt on Pinterest. So, I decided I would give it a try while I'm taking a break from doing embroidery (turning my drawings into hand-embroidered patches).

And here is the project that I've just finished (today)!

I'll be including the link to my Youtube post (my very first as well!) when I'm done editing the video. It's of the process and steps I went through in creating this cute stawberry felt brooch. Please take a look if you're interested! (I hope I finish it soon!)

As promised guys, here is the link to the video (the making of the strawberry plushie/brooch):
Hope you guys like it, and be inspired and start crafting if your're considering it, or if you do craft, try and make this.
Have fun!

(my Youtube channel):

Here's the template if you want to make your own! (I would love if you credit me, of course!)

Send me pictures of your finished project!
I hope you have fun making this.
